摘　　要：近年来,非遗+旅游作为文旅产业新的经济增长点受到广泛关注。让非遗为旅游赋能,已成为日本金泽市文旅融合发展的独特魅力。金泽市通过建立政策激励机制,使非遗传承者拥有更高的社会地位和积极培养接班人的自觉意识;通过创新培养模式,大力培养非遗文化传承人才,积累了专业培训和抓早抓小的成功案例。同时,对非遗传承者及非遗人才培养的重视,也使居民对地域文化产生了强烈的认同感、自豪感。作为日本最早制定地方文化遗产保护的地方城市,金泽市对文化遗产保护与传承的理念和实践走在了亚洲乃至世界的前列,其政产学研用“五位一体”多元协同的文化传承人才培养特色和经验值得后人参考和借鉴。In recent years, as a new economic growth area for cultural tourism industry, tourism based on intangible cultural heritage, has gained widespread attention. Intangible cultural heritage empowering tourism has already become the highlight of culture and tourism integration in Kanazawa, Japan. Incentive mechanisms have been established in Kanazawa, and the inheritors’ social status as well as their awareness of cultivating future generations have been enhanced. Through creating the new mode of cultivating talents of intangible cultural heritage, numerous successful cases have been accumulated in terms of professional training. Great importance has been attached to inheritors as well as cultivating talents which has boosted the residents’ identity and pride towards their local culture. As the first local city in Japan to formulate the protection of local cultural heritage, Kanazawa’s concept and practice of cultural heritage protection and inheritance are in the forefront of Asia and even the world, and its characteristics and experience in cultivating cultural heritage talents with "five in one" and multiple coordination of politics, industry, education and research are worth reference and reference for future generations.
