摘　　要：根据碳纤维产业对碳纤维竞争情报的研究需求,吉林市科技信息研究所特筹建以碳纤维为主题的“知识发现平台”。文章详细介绍了知识智库平台建设原则、建设目标、平台架构以及详细的功能模块设计。知识发现平台的建设,可以为碳纤维领域内的相关企业完成技术攻坚提供科技数据资源支持,对科研信息快速共享,打造碳纤维全产业链智库。According to the research needs of carbon fiber industry for carbon fiber competitive intelligence,Jilin Institute of Science and Technology Information specially prepared to build a’knowledge discovery platform’with carbon fiber as the theme.Based on the research of existing knowledge think tanks in China,the paper introduces in detail the platform construction principles,construction objectives,platform architecture and detailed functional module design.The construction of the knowledge discovery platform can provide scientific and technological data resource support for relevant enterprises in the field of carbon fiber to complete technical breakthroughs,quickly share non-secret scientific research information,and build a think tank for the whole industry chain of carbon fiber.
