摘 要:对交流电(alternatingcurrent,简称AC)激励作用下离子聚合物金属复合材料(ionicpolymermetal composites,简称IPMC)悬臂型驱动器微尺度横侧面上的变形特征进行实验分析研究。采用数字显微系统记录交流电激励作用下的IPMC悬臂结构微尺度横侧面弯曲形变过程,通过数字图像相关(digital image correlation,简称DIC)方法分析IPMC的位移和应变响应特性。实验结果表明:IPMC的振荡中心会发生偏移振动,偏移振动的频率远低于激励频率,且随着激励频率的降低而降低;弯曲挠度的振动幅值随着激励电压的增大而线性增大,随着激励频率的增大呈指数衰减;纵向应变沿试样厚度方向线性分布,并随着激励电压的增大而增大,随着激励频率的增大而降低,近似呈线性关系。The micro-scale lateral deformation behavior of ionic polymer-metal composite(IPMC) cantilever actuators under alternating current(AC) excitations is investigated by experimental method in the paper. A digital microscope system is used to record the micro-scale lateral deformation process of IPMC cantilever structure under AC excitations, and the digital image correlation(DIC) method is utilized to analyze displacement and strain responses of the sample. The results indicate that oscillation center of IPMC sample occurs offset vibration, and the frequencies of offset vibration are much lower than those of the excitations. The vibration amplitude of IPMC sample increases linearly with the increase of excitation voltage, and decreases exponentially with the increase of excitation frequency. The longitudinal normal strain is linearly distributed along the thickness direction, which increases(decreases) linearly with the increase of excitation voltage(frequency).
