摘 要:厂内循环利用方法被认为是能实现钢铁冶金粉尘大量消纳的主要途径,如何选择黏结剂制备球团以使其性能满足循环利用要求是当前需要解决的问题。本文旨在对硅酸钠、环氧树脂等多种无机与有机黏结剂复合作用于冷固球团时的性能影响、作用效果及机理进行探索,以制备出符合转底炉直接还原工艺的钢铁冶金粉尘复合冷固球团。结果表明:当环氧树脂-硅酸钠黏结剂用量为5%时,环氧树脂中极性基团上的羟基与硅酸钠溶液中聚硅酸分子上的硅羟基发生氢键结合,抑制了聚硅酸分子之间的缩聚反应,进而抑制胶粒的长大。即通过细化硅酸钠胶粒的方式增大球团原料的堆积密度,减少大孔数量及总孔体积,所得球团的生球和成球力学性能均满足转底炉工艺的强度要求。试验成品球的抗压强度达870.2 N/P,其在高温冶炼过程中仍能保持良好的形态。In-plant recycling method is considered to be the main way to realize a large amount of iron and steel metallurgical dust consumption.How to choose adhesive to prepare pellets so that their performance can meet the requirements of recycling is a problem that needs to be solved at present.The purpose of this paper is to explore the performance influence,effect and mechanism of sodium silicate,epoxy resin and other inorganic and organic adhesive acting on cooled agglomerated pellets,so as to prepare the composite cooled agglomerated pellets of iron and steel metallurgical dust which meet the direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace.The results show that when the dosage of epoxy resin-sodium silicate adhesive is 5%,the hydroxyl on the polar groups in epoxy resin and the silicon hydroxyl groups on polysilicic acid molecules in sodium silicate solution form hydrogen bonding,which inhibit the polycondensation reaction between polysilicic acid molecules and further growth of colloidal particles.That is,by refining sodium silicate colloidal particles,the bulk density of pellet raw materials is increased,the number of macropores and the total pore volume are reduced,and the mechanical properties of green pellets and balling of pellets obtained meet the strength requirements of rotary hearth furnace process.The compressive strength of the finished test ball reaches 870.2 N/P,and it can still keep a good shape during high temperature smelting.
