摘　　要：在生产制造技术方面,最大程度地将轨道式集装箱门式起重机的制造过程由非标准化、依靠大量人力制作的模式向模块化制造的方式改进或转变,以期提高其制作效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,改善环境以及适应不断变化的市场发展需要。文中详细叙述了轨道式集装箱门式起重机的结构组成、设计思路、制作工艺、关键技术、精度控制、组装检验以及对偶发问题的解决方法,对该型起重机的研究具有一定的参考价值。In terms of manufacturing technology,the manufacturing process of rail container gantry crane will be changed from the non-standardized mode of relying on a lot of manpower to modular manufacturing to the greatest extent,in order to improve manufacturing efficiency,reduce labor intensity,improve the environment and adapt to the ever-changing market development needs.In this paper,the structure composition,design idea,manufacturing technology,key technology,precision control,assembly inspection and solutions to occasional problems of the rail container gantry crane are described in detail,which has certain reference value for the research of this type of crane.
