摘  要:目的研究白花泡桐果皮和花芽的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20、ODS等柱色谱层析方法对白花泡桐果皮和花蕾的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱分析(MS,CD,^(1)HNMR与^(13)CNMR)进行结构鉴定。结果从白花泡桐果皮中分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:paulownione A(Ⅰ),(2R,3R)-4’,5’,5,7-tetrahydroxy-3’-methoxy-6-[6-hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2(E),7-octadienyl]flavanone(Ⅱ),tanariflavanone D(Ⅲ),isopaucatalinone B(Ⅳ),prokinawan(Ⅴ),洋芹素(Ⅵ)。从其花芽中分离纯化得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:diplacone(Ⅶ),3’-O-methyl-5’-methoxy-diplacol(Ⅷ),diplacol(Ⅸ),异槲皮苷(Ⅹ),金圣草黄素(Ⅺ),dihydrotricin(Ⅻ),(-)-芝麻素(ⅩⅢ),(+)-松脂素(ⅩⅣ),(erythro)-longifloroside B(ⅩⅤ),(threo)-longifloroside B(ⅩⅥ),毛蕊花糖苷(ⅩⅦ),异毛蕊花糖苷(ⅩⅧ)。结论其中化合物ⅩⅤ和ⅩⅥ为首次从泡桐属中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅺ、Ⅻ和ⅩⅣ为首次从白花泡桐植物中分离得到。此外,白花泡桐的花芽中苯乙醇苷类化合物的含量较高,可作为该类化合物(毛蕊花糖苷)的植物资源进行开发利用。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the peel and bud of Paulownia fortunei.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified from 95%ethanol extracts of P.fortunei peel and bud by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography,and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis(MS,CD,^(1)HNMR and^(13)CNMR).Results Six compounds were isolated from the peel of Paulownia fortunei and identified as:paulownione A(Ⅰ),(2R,3R)-4’,5’,5,7-tetrahydroxy-3’-methoxy-6-[6-hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2(E),7-octadienyl]flavanone(Ⅱ),tanariflavanone D(Ⅲ),isopaucatalinone B(Ⅳ),prokinawan(Ⅴ),apigenin(Ⅵ).Twelve compounds were obtained from its bud and identified as:diplacone(Ⅶ),3’-O-methyl-5’-methoxy-diplacol(Ⅷ),diplacol(Ⅸ),isoquercitrin(Ⅹ),chrysoeriol(Ⅺ),dihydrotricin(Ⅻ),(-)-sesamin(ⅩⅢ),(+)-pinoresinol(ⅩⅣ),(erythro)-longifloroside B(ⅩⅤ),(threo)-longifloroside B(ⅩⅥ),acteoside(ⅩⅦ),isoacteoside(ⅩⅧ).Conclusion CompoundsⅩⅤandⅩⅥwere isolated firstly from Paulownia genus,and compoundsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅺ,ⅫandⅩⅣwere isolated from P.fortunei for the first time.Moreover,bud of P.fortunei can be used as the natural resource of phenylethanoid glycosides,such as acteoside,because of its high content.
