摘　　要：目的探讨鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)在SD大鼠建立分泌性中耳炎动物模型中的作用。方法将40只SPF级SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组和造模组,各20只。通过程序性注射致敏因子OVA,使用耳内镜和解剖评估小鼠中耳积液情况,并通过HE染色光镜下观察鼓室黏膜组织形态。结果20只模型组大鼠中有32耳鼓膜内陷,光锥消失,打开听泡可见鼓室积液,HE染色可见鼓室黏膜明显增厚。结论采用OVA全身给药联合耳内注射可以建立分泌性中耳炎大鼠动物模型,为进一步的基础研究提供基础。Objective To investigate the role of chicken ovalbumin(OVA)in the model construction of secretory otitis media with effusion in SD rats.Methods Forty SPF SD rats were randomly divided into control group and mod-eling group,with 20 rats in each group.The middle ear effusion in rats was evaluated after programmed intra injection of sensitizing factor OVA by otoscopy and anatomy.The histological morphology of tympanic mucosa was observed by HE staining under light microscope.Results Thirty-two ears of the 20 rats in model group had eardrum invagination,and the light cone disappeared;tympanic effusion could be seen by opening of the auditory vesicle,and HE staining sho-wed that the mucous membrane of tympanic cavity was significantly thickened.Conclusions The rat model of otitis media with effusion can be established by administration of OVA,which provides a basis for further research.
