摘 要:针对煤矿碎软低渗煤层,提出了煤层顶板水平井分段压裂瓦斯治理模式。通过建立应力-渗流-损伤耦合的理论模型,运用数值模拟的方法模拟了煤层顶板水平井水力压裂裂缝扩展过程,结果表明紧邻煤层顶板岩石的裂缝能够延展至煤层,且在顶板岩石的撕裂作用下,煤层内的裂缝能够快速延展。应用产能模拟的方法对分段压裂水平井的产能进行了模拟,分析瓦斯抽采的效率,优选了分段压裂的压裂缝长度、压裂段数,认为在淮北矿区祁东煤矿的地质条件下,压裂裂缝的长度为80 m,裂缝间距为63 m,抽采效果最佳。通过工程验证,说明煤层顶板水平井分段压裂技术是国内碎软低渗煤层地面瓦斯高效抽采的有效模式。Aiming at the broken soft and low permeability coal seam,gas control mode of staged fracturing horizontal wells in coal seam roof is proposed.Through the establishment of the theoretical model of stress seepage damage coupling,the hydraulic fracturing crack propagation process of the horizontal well in coal seam roof is simulated by using the numerical simulation method.The results show that the cracks in the roof rock adjacent to the coal seam can extend to the coal seam,and the cracks in coal seam can expand rapidly under the tearing action of the roof rock.The productivity simulation method is used to simulate the productivity of staged fracturing horizontal wells,analyze the efficiency of gas extraction,optimize the length of fracturing fractures and the number of fracturing sections for staged fracturing.Under the geological conditions of Qidong Coal Mine in Huaibei Mining Area,the length of fracturing fractures is 80 m,the spacing of fracturing fractures is 63 m,and the extraction effect is the best.Through engineering verification,it is shown that the staged fracturing technology of horizontal wells in coal seam roof is an effective mode for efficient surface gas extraction in fractured soft and low permeability coal seams in China.
