高龄产妇剖宫产围术期应用责任制护理模式对心境及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨责任制护理模式在高龄产妇剖宫产围术期的应用价值。方法选取80例高龄产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取基础护理,观察组采取责任制护理模式。比较两组心理状态、生活质量、护理质量及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病房管理、基础护理、专科护理、技术操作及护理记录评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制护理模式可改善高龄产妇的焦虑、抑郁状态,提升产妇的生活质量,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of responsibility nursing mode in perioperative period of cesarean section for elderly women.Methods 80 elderly parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received primary care,The observation group took responsibility nursing mode.The psychological state,quality of life,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS score and SDS score of both groups were lower than before intervention,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the life quality scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ward management,basic nursing,specialized nursing,technical operation and nursing records in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.50%,higher than 85.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility nursing model can improve the anxiety and depression state,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and has clinical application value.
