摘  要:【目的】探明12个家蚕品种(菁松A、菁松B、皓月A、皓月B、秋丰A、秋丰F、白玉B、白玉C、芙蓉、湘晖、932和7532,代号为201~212)对1~2龄人工饲料育的摄食性和适应性,为人工饲料适应性好的家蚕品种的选育与应用提供依据。【方法】采用家蚕种质资源数据质量控制规范要求,研究12个家蚕品种对1~2龄人工饲料育3~5龄桑叶育的24 h疏毛率、龄期经过、生命力和茧质等的差异,并用模糊数学隶属函数法对其进行综合评价。【结果】1~2龄人工饲料育12个家蚕品种的摄食性均较好,24 h疏毛率均达97%以上,其中212、203、209、210和208均>99.50%;1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄、5龄和全龄发育经过分别为120.0~120.5 h、98.0~121.5 h、98.0~113.5 h、118.0~136.5 h、152.0~176.0 h和607.0~631.5 h,其中206全龄发育经过最长,为631.5 h,203和205最短,均为607.0 h;幼虫生命率、死笼率和虫蛹统一生命率分别为72.96%~98.78%、1.14%~27.15%和68.78%~96.23%,204、205和209最高,206、209和206最低;全茧量、茧层量和茧层率分别为1.16~1.57 g/个、0.19~0.30 g/个和16.33%~19.98%,202、202和203最高,均以211最低;对1~2龄人工饲料育适应性综合表现较好的有6个,分别为208、210、209、202、203和201。【结论】1~2龄人工饲料育12个家蚕品种的摄食性均较好,综合表现较好的有208、210、209、202、203和201。【Objective】The feeding habit and adaptability of 12 Bombyx mori varieties(Qingsong A,Qingsong B,Haoyue A,Haoyue B,Qiufeng A,Qiufeng F,Baiyu B,Baiyu C,Furong,Xianghui,932 and 7532) to artificial diet rearing during the 1st~2ndinstars to provide the scientific basis for breeding and application of silkworm varieties with the good adaptability to artificial diet rearing.【Method】The differences in 24 h setae dispersion rate,all-instar duration,vitality and cocoon quality of 12 silkworm varieties after artificial diet rearing during the 1st~2nd instars and mulberry rearing during the 3rd~5th instars according to the standard requirement for data quality control of silkworm germplasm resources and the 24 h setae dispersion rate,all-instar duration,vitality and cocoon quality are comprehensively evaluated by the fuzzy mathematics subordinate function method.【Result】The feeding habit of 12 silkworm varieties to artificial diet rearing during the 1st~2nd instars is the better and the 24 h setae dispersion rate reaches above 97% averagely.The setae dispersion rate of 7532,Haoyue A,Furong,Xianghui and Baiyu C is more than 99.50%.The development duration of the 1st instar,2nd instar,3rd instar,4th instar,5th instar and all-instar is 120.0~120.5 h,98.0~121.5 h,98.0~113.5 h,118.0~136.5 h,152.0~176.0 h and 607.0~631.5 h respectively.The all-instar development duration of Qiufeng F,Haoyue A and Qiufeng A reaches 631.5 h,607.0 h and 607.0 h separately.The larva life rate,dead cocoon rate and larva-pupa life rate are 72.96%~98.78%,1.14%~27.15% and 68.78%~96.23% respectively.Haoyue B and Qiufeng F have the highest and lowest larva life rate respectively.Qiufeng A and Furong have the highest and lowest dead cocoon rate separately.Furong and Qiufeng F have the highest and lowest larva-pupa life rate respectively.The cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate are 1.16~1.57 g/cocoon,0.19~0.30 g/cocoon and 16.33%~19.98% respectively.The cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight of Qingsong B both are the highest.The
