摘 要:为了研究钢丝绳索具接头浇铸温度对索具性能的影响规律,利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微学观察、硬度计等手段进行分析。结果表明:浇铸温度对于索具性能的影响主要源于对钢丝的热影响,浇铸温度对索具从接头内至距离浇铸分界位置25 mm区域的钢丝绳均造成了热影响,且热影响区钢丝的力学性能从接头内至接头外逐渐增强,接头根部浇铸交界位置是索具服役中最容易发生断丝的危险点;退火时间同样对索具性能的衰退发挥着重要促进作用,退火时间越长索具性能衰退越严重。In order to study the law of influence of casting temperature of wire rope rigging joints on performance of rigging,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy observation,hardness tester and other analytical means were used for analysis.The results show that the effect of the temperature on the performance of rigging during casting is mainly due to the thermal effect of temperature on steel wire.The heat affected zone varies from root of the casting joint to 25 mm away from it,and the mechanical properties of the steel wire in the heat affected zone are gradually enhanced from inside to outside of the joint.The steel wire near the casting joint is the most dangerous point for wire breakage.Additionally,annealing time also plays an important role in promoting the decline of mechanical performance for steel wires.The longer the annealing time,the more serious the decline of mechanical performance for steel wires is.
