摘 要:为了更好地评估维修保障虚拟训练系统对训练效果的影响,针对某型导弹武器系统维修保障VR虚拟训练效果的评估需求,分析其影响训练效果的因素,构建了虚拟训练效果评估指标体系。在确定指标权重时,运用层次分析法定量与定性结合的特点,使权重确定更加合理,而运用模糊评判理论建立的综合评估模型,符合训练评估模糊性的特点。虚拟模拟训练考核的实例验证结果证实了该方法的科学性和可操作性。To better assess the impact the maintenance assurance virtual training system on training effectiveness,aiming at the evaluation demand of VR virtual training effect for maintenance support of a certain missile weapon system,the factors influencing the training effect were analyzed,and the eva-luation index system of virtual training effect was constructed.AHP method was used to determine the index weight,and the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to make the weight determination more reasonable.A comprehensive evaluation model was established by using fuzzy evaluation theory that accords with the characteristics of fuzziness in training evaluation.Through the example verification of virtual simulation training examination,it shows that the method is scientific and operable.
