摘 要:为了研究特种橡胶吸声材料在海水老化中的变化规律,在实验室中对该类材料在绝对温度分别为313 K,323 K,333 K,353 K的模拟热海水中进行了加速老化实验,建立了材料老化动力学方程,通过非线性回归分析法得到材料老化动力学参数,并预测了该材料在海水中的使用寿命。研究结果表明:当撕裂强度下降到原始性能的50%时,是橡胶材料使用寿命的临界值,此时该材料在298 K海水中的使用寿命为29.45 a。In order to study the change law of aging of specialty elastomer acoustic absorption mate-rials in seawater,the accelerated aging tests of the materials in simulated seawater at 313 K、323 K、333 K、353 K were carried out in laboratory.The material aging kinetic equation was established.The material aging kinetic parameters were obtained by nonlinear regression analysis,and the service life of the material was predicted in seawater at different temperatures.The results show that the tear strength as the life prediction index is the critical value for the service life of the material when it decreases to 50%of the original performance,at which time the service life of the material in 298 K seawater is 29.45 years.
