摘 要:近年来,装配式建筑发展火热,其中轻钢建筑更是突出。以BIM技术为基础并结合某具体案例对轻钢建筑的成本构成进行分析,首先利用Revit软件对案例进行建模并导出相应工程量,再利用广联达计价软件进行组价后得出项目的总价和单方造价,最后将轻钢建筑与传统砖混结构、框架结构对比分析进而突出轻钢建筑的优势。In recent years, prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly, especially light steel buildings.Based on BIM Technology and combined with a specific case, this paper analyzes the cost composition of light steel building.Firstly, the case is modeled with Revit software and the corresponding quantities are derived, and then the total price and unilateral cost of the project are obtained by using Guanglianda pricing software.Finally, the light steel building is combined with the traditional brick concrete structure The comparative analysis of frame structure highlights the advantage of light steel building.
