摘 要:以一观光潜艇圆柱壳为原型设计试验模型,在压力容器内进行模型的静水压试验,记录试验压力和相应测点的应变。试验得到的应力、变形,以及极限承载力与ABAQUS有限元分析的结果吻合良好。进而使用有限元方法计算原型潜艇耐压壳的极限强度,并与CCS规范和ABS规范的计算结果进行对比,结果表明,现有规范更适用于舷侧无连续大开口的常规潜艇;对于水下观光潜艇,使用试验和有限元相结合的方法来评估其极限强度正确可行。Taking the cylindrical hull of a sightseeing submarine as the prototype,the test model was designed to carry out the hydrostatic tests in the pressure vessel.The test pressure and the corresponding strain at the measuring point were recorded.The stress,deformation and ultimate bearing capacity obtained from the tests were in good agreement with the numerical results of ABAQUS finite element analysis.Then the finite element method was used to calculate the ultimate strength of the pressure hull of real sightseeing submarine.The results compared with those of CCS rules and ABS rules.It was shown that the existing rules are more suitable for conventional submarines without continuous large openings on the side;but for underwater sightseeing submarine,it is correct and feasible to evaluate its ultimate strength by combining test with finite element analysis.
