摘  要:以拖船锚绞机卷缆装置为研究对象,分析其传动轴联接处失效、制动器打滑,以及缆绳松脱等故障的原因,提出全贯通传动轴、棘轮式防冲击卷筒、辅助扩张装置,以及缆绳防松脱装置等改进设计方案,总结拖船锚绞机卷缆装置改进的设计要点和关键技术。Taking the cable coiling device of tug anchor winch as the research object,the causes of failure of transmission shaft connection,brake slip and cable loosening were analyzed in detail.The improved design schemes of full through transmission shaft,ratchet impact proof drum,auxiliary expansion device and cable loosening prevention device were put forward,and the design key points and key technical measures for the improvement of cable coiling device of tug anchor winch were obtained.
