摘 要:针对某船用输送设备控制系统在使用过程中出现的键盘按键短暂失效的问题,通过建立故障树,对每个故障底事件进行逐一现场排查和仿真验证,结合故障现象,确定交流回路干扰耦合进入直流回路是此次故障的原因。针对此问题提出解决措施,并进行有效性验证。经过实际验证,切断耦合路径、增强输送装置控制系统自身抗干扰能力、优化系统接地等措施有效。Aiming at the problem of keyboard key delay failure in the use of a marine conveyor equipment control system,the fault tree was established to troubleshoot and simulate each fault bottom event one by one.Combined with the fault phenomenon,it was determined that the AC loop interference coupling into the DC loop was the cause of the fault.Fault solving measures were proposed for this problem,and the effectiveness was verified.By actual verification,the measures such as cutting off the coupling path,enhancing the anti-interference ability of the conveying equipment control system itself,and optimizing the grounding of the system were proved to be effective.
