中青年2型糖尿病病人风险感知与自我管理水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中青年2型糖尿病病人风险感知与自我管理水平的相关性。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年6月于山东省3所三级甲等医院就诊的314名中青年2型糖尿病病人作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病风险感知量表(RPS-DM)、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)进行调查。结果:中青年2型糖尿病病人糖尿病风险感知量表总分为(2.46±0.47)分,糖尿病自我管理行为量表总分为(11.11±4.64)分,多因素分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、家族史、病程及糖化血红蛋白达标情况为中青年2型糖尿病病人风险感知水平的影响因素(P<0.001),糖尿病风险感知量表总分与糖尿病自我管理行为量表总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:中青年2型糖尿病病人的风险感知水平较低,且与自我管理行为呈正相关,应采取有效的健康风险沟通和个性化健康干预,改善中青年2型糖尿病病人风险感知水平,进而改善该群体的自我管理能力。Objective:To explore the correlation between risk perception and self-management level of young and middle-aged people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:From December 2021 to June 2022,a total of 314 young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in three tertiary grade A hospitals in Shandong province were selected as the research subjects. The surveys were conducted using a general information questionnaire,the Risk Perception Survey-Diabetes Mellitus(RPS-DM),and the Scale of the Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA). Results:The total score of RPS-DM in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was(2. 46±0. 47) points,and the total score of SDSCA was(11. 11±4. 64) points. Multiple linear regression showed that gender,education level,family history,course of the disease,and glycosylated hemoglobin level were the influencing factors of risk perception level of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0. 001). The total score of RPS-DM was positively correlated with the total score of SDSCA and the scores of each dimension(P<0. 001). Conclusions:The risk perception level of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was low,and positively correlated with self-management behavior. Effective health risk communication and personalized health intervention should be adopted to improve the risk perception level and self-management capacity of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
