摘 要:本试验旨在探讨罗勒叶精油对临床分离鸡源大肠杆菌的抑菌作用特征。通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取罗勒叶精油,采用GC-MS分析罗勒叶精油成分,采用药敏片法测定临床常用药物对15株鸡源大肠杆菌的敏感性,测定罗勒叶精油对鸡源大肠杆菌抑菌圈和最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度。结果显示,罗勒叶精油主要成分是芳樟醇、草蒿脑等,相对含量分别为19.58%,57.65%;鸡源大肠杆菌对临床常用药物呈现多重耐药性;罗勒叶精油对鸡源大肠杆菌作用的抑菌圈为9.26~14.41 mm,MIC为5~20μL/mL;MBC为5~40μL/mL。研究表明,罗勒叶精油对鸡源多重耐药大肠杆菌具有良好的抑菌作用,具有替代现有抗菌药物的潜力。The purpose of this study was to investigate the antibacterial effect of basil leaf essential oil on clinical isolated chicken Escherichia coli.The essential oil of basil leaves was extracted by steam distillation,and its components were analyzed by GC-MS.The drug sensitivity tablet method was used to determine the drug resistance of 15 strains of chicken Escherichia coli commonly used in clinical practice,and the inhibitory zone,minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of clove leaf essential oil against chicken Escherichia coli were determined at the same time.The results showed that the main components of basil leaf essential oil were linalool and artemisinin,which were 19.58% and 57.65% respectively;Chicken Escherichia coli showed multiple drug resistance to commonly used drugs;The inhibitory zone of basil leaf essential oil on chicken Escherichia coli is 9.26 ~ 14.41 mm,and the MIC is 5 ~ 20 μL/mL,MBC is 5 ~ 40 μL/mL.The research shows that basil leaf essential oil has a good antibacterial effect on chicken multi drug resistant Escherichia coli,and has the potential to replace the existing antibacterial drugs.
