摘 要:为调查江苏省泰州市某肉牛场犊牛腹泻的病原菌及选择敏感药物进行治疗,无菌采集10份腹泻犊牛粪样,进行细菌分离培养、染色镜检、生化鉴定,并对分离病原菌进行药敏试验。结果显示,分离鉴定出8株大肠杆菌,大肠杆菌为犊牛腹泻主要病原菌。8株大肠杆菌对测试的10种药物均产生耐药性,其中对阿莫西林、氨苄西林的耐药率最高,达100%。对四环素、链霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星4种药物的耐药率菌均超过50%,对氟苯尼考的敏感率最高,达87.5%,对头孢他啶、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星的敏感率达到50%以上。In order to investigate the pathogenic bacteria of calf diarrhea in a meat cattle farm in Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province and select sensitive drugs for treatment,10 fecal samples of calves with diarrhea were aseptically collected for bacterial isolation and culture,staining microscopy,biochemical identification,and drug sensitivity test for the isolated pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that 8 strains of E.coli were isolated and identified.E.coli was the main pathogen of calf diarrhea.Eight strains of E.coli were resistant to the 10 drugs tested,among which the resistance rate to amoxicillin and ampicillin was the highest,reaching 100%.The drug resistance rate of the bacteria to tetracycline,streptomycin,gentamicin and amikacin was more than 50%,and the sensitivity rate to flefenicol was the highest,reaching 87.5%.In addition,the sensitivity rate to ceftazidime,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin reached 50% or more.
