摘 要:为明确贵州省天柱县某鸡场鸡群的发病原因,本试验通过流行病学调查、临床解剖病变观察、细菌分离培养、药物敏感试验、病毒检测进行诊断。结果:病鸡精神沉郁,排黄绿色稀粪;剖检可见心包积液、肺水肿、肝肾肿大、输尿管上尿酸盐沉积;脏器中分离到革兰氏阴性短小杆菌,对氟苯尼考高度敏感;病毒核酸检测出安卡拉(FAdV-4)病毒为阳性,其他病毒检测为阴性。结论:该病例诊断为鸡安卡拉病毒与细菌混合感染。通过隔离鸡群、环境消毒、紧急接种卵黄抗体并配合药物治疗,病情得到有效控制。In order to clarify the cause of the disease in a chicken farm in Tianzhu County,Guizhou Province,this experiment was conducted through epidemiological investigation,observation of clinical anatomical lesions,bacterial isolation and culture,drug sensitivity test,and virus detection.Results:The sick chicken was depressed and pulled yellow-green loose feces;autopsy showed pericardial effusion,pulmonary edema,hepatic and renal enlargement,and urate deposition on the ureter;Gram-negative Brevibacterium was isolated from the organs,which was highly sensitive to florfenicol;the virus nucleic acid was positive for Ankara(FAdV-4)virus,and other viruses were negative.Conclusion:This case was diagnosed as mixed infection of chicken Ankara virus and bacteria.The disease was effectively controlled by isolating chicken flocks,disinfecting the environment,inoculating yolk antibodies urgently,and cooperating with drug treatment.
