摘　　要：该文以皖南医学院为例,从SPF(Specific pathogen free)级动物实验室总体建设情况、硬件系统管理、实验室制度管理3个方面介绍本实验室运行模式,总结实验室管理过程中遇到的问题,提出相关改进措施,以期为高校SPF级动物实验室的运行与管理模式提供参考。Taking Wannan Medical College as an example,this paper introduces the operation mode of the laboratory from three aspects:the overall construction of SPF(Specific pathogen free)animal laboratory,hardware system management and laboratory system management,summarizes the problems encountered in the laboratory management process,and puts forward relevant improvement measures,in order to provide reference for the operation and management mode of SPF animal laboratory in universities.
