摘  要:随着铁路货车高速重载的发展,轮轴在运行中“热轴”的现象时有发生,直接影响到铁路运行安全。为保证铁路的安全运行,必须对轮轴安装后进行全面检测。检测过程中通常采用人力或机械手将其推到检测工位进行检测,造成自动化程度不高、劳动强度大、检测成本高等问题。为了提高自动化程度、智能化程度、减少劳动强度、提高运输效率以及安全可靠性,研究铁路货车轮轴自动传输装置很有必要。在设计上以PLC控制为核心,利用传动小车和电动伸缩导轮装置运输货车轮轴,实现了在检测过程中将轮轴自动取卸货的过程,从而很好地解决各个检测工位之间货车轮轴的频繁传送,通过研究及应用,相比原有生产效率提高了80%,自动化程度提高了30%,满足了轮轴在检测过程中的自动化要求。With the development of railroad wagons with high speed and heavy load, the phenomenon of "hot axle" in the operation of wheel axle happens from time to time, which directly affects the safety of railroad operation. In order to ensure the safe operation of the railroad, the axle must be fully tested after installation. During the inspection process, the wheel is usually pushed to the inspection station by manpower or robot, resulting in a low degree of automation, high labor intensity and high inspection cost. In order to improve the degree of automation, intelligence, reduce labor intensity, improve transportation efficiency as well as safety and reliability, it is necessary to study the automatic railroad wagon axle transmission device. In the design of PLC control as the core, using the transmission trolley and electric telescopic guide wheel device to transport the wagon wheel axle, realize the process of automatically taking and unloading the wheel axle in the inspection process, thus well solve the frequent transmission of wagon wheel axle between each inspection station, through research and application, compared with the original production efficiency increased by 80%, the degree of automation increased by 30%, to meet the wheel axle in the inspection process automation requirements in the inspection process.
