摘 要:对于处于工作中的三相异步电动机而言,往往产生的电流较大,这种大的电流会对电网及自身带来较大的负作用,会导致电能的浪费,为了确保三相异步电动机稳定运行且节约能源,对其进行科学的控制是很有必要的。因此选取单片机为核心控制单元,对异步电动机节能控制系统的软硬件进行设计,本设计能够结合电机负载的实际情况改变晶闸管控制角,作用于电压的调节,从而降低损耗。For the three-phase asynchronous motor in the work, often produces a large current, this large current will bring a large negative effect on the grid and itself, will lead to the waste of electricity, in order to ensure the stable operation of three-phase asynchronous motor and save energy, its scientific control is necessary. Therefore, the microcontroller is selected as the core control unit to design the hardware and software of the asynchronous motor energy saving control system. This design can change the thyristor control angle in combination with the actual situation of the motor load, which can act on the voltage regulation and thus reduce the loss.
