摘 要:首先为解决传统制备碳化钙的电石工艺存在反应温度、产能低以及能耗高的问题,在对碳性质对生成碳化钙产品影响机理分析的基础上,提出了采用氧热法制备碳化钙的新型工艺,旨在解决反应温度高和产率低的问题;然后,对氧热法中全部生成CO和CO_(2)的两种工艺进行对比;最后,分别对制备1吨碳化钙时氧热法和电石法两种工艺所消耗的碳及所产生的CO和CO_(2)进行对比,充分说明了氧热法比电石法的优势。Firstly, in order to solve the problems of reaction temperature, low production capacity and high energy consumption in the traditional calcium carbide preparation by calcium carbide process, a new process of calcium carbide preparation by oxythermal method was proposed based on the analysis of the mechanism of the influence of carbon properties on the calcium carbide products generated, aiming to solve the problems of high reaction temperature and low yield;then, the two processes of all CO and CO_(2)generation in the oxythermal method were compared;finally, the two processes of calcium carbide preparation by oxythermal method and calcium carbide preparation by calcium carbide process were compared. The carbon consumed and the CO and CO_(2)produced by the two processes of oxythermal and calcium carbide methods in the preparation of 1 ton of calcium carbide were compared respectively, which fully illustrated the advantages of oxythermal method over calcium carbide method.
