摘  要:分析了数控机床原理、数控机床误差类型后,研究了多体系系统建模技术、丝杠给进热变形误差补偿、滑枕系统误差综合补偿的技术与应用,仅以本次研究成果一定程度供数控生产加工企业加以参考,有效提升机床加工阶段的精确度,提升工件加工质量。Engaged in CNC machine tool error comprehensive compensation technology and use research, analysis of CNC machine tool principle, CNC machine tool error type, after the study of multi-system system modeling technology, screw feed thermal deformation error compensation, ram system error comprehensive compensation several types of technology and applications, only this research results to a certain extent for CNC production and processing enterprises to refer to, effectively improve the accuracy of the machine tool processing stage, improve the workpiece processing quality.
