摘　　要：针对一起轮胎起重机倒车碾压儿童伤亡事故从资料查阅、设备鉴定、功能试验三方面进行技术调查,分析导致事故发生的直接原因和间接原因。总结轮胎起重机现阶段安全管理存在的三大问题,即使用单位未尽义务、作业人员(司机)未尽职责、监督管理不到位,提出三个解决轮胎起重机存在安全管理问题的方法及建议,包括使用单位完善工作制度、监管部门创新宣传方式、加大监管力度以及从严打击违法行为。This paper conducts a technical investigation on a tire crane from three aspects of data access, equipment identification and functional test, and analyzes the direct and indirect causes of the accident.Summarize current tire crane safety management problems: use unit unfinished, operating personnel(driver) not duty, supervision and management does not reach the designated position, put forward three to solve the tire crane safety management methods and suggestions: use unit perfect work system, regulators innovation propaganda,strengthen supervision and strictly crack down on illegal behavior.
