摘 要:以安徽淮北平山电厂二期工程为例,介绍了二次再热双轴机组的协调控制技术,主要针对双轴机组控制中的难点—负荷分配问题进行了说明,并结合常规控制逻辑进行了探讨。电网调度发送1个AGC指令,通过结合热力系统流程工艺考虑,对2台汽轮机负荷指令进行解耦,重新设计控制策略,并综合考虑一次调频等因素,与常规负荷指令生成回路结合,最终形成大型二次再热双轴汽轮机火电机组的负荷指令控制策略。该策略可以解决双轴汽轮机组的负荷分配问题,对后续双轴汽轮机的自动协调控制具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking the second phase of Huabei Pingshan Power Plant in Anhui Province as an example, the coordinated control technology of the secondary reheat twin-shaft unit is introduced, mainly focusing on the load distribution problem, which is a difficult point in the control of the twin-shaft unit, and discussing it with the conventional control logic. The grid dispatch sends one AGC command, decouples the 2 turbine load commands by combining the thermal system process considerations, redesigns the control strategy, and integrates factors such as primary frequency regulation with the conventional load command generation loop to finally form the load command control strategy for large secondary reheat twin-shaft turbine thermal power units. The strategy can solve the load distribution problem of the twin-shaft turbine unit and has certain significance for the automatic coordinated control of subsequent twin-shaft turbines.
