摘　　要：简述烧结机机头脱硫工艺中使用较多的流化床半干法脱硫工艺,通过对邢台德龙及其他兄弟项目运行情况分析,针对循环流化床防止灰斗内石灰结块问题进行研究,对循环流化床脱硫工艺的相关工作提供一些思路。This paper describes the fluidized bed semi-dry desulfurization process, which is more used in the sinter head desulfurization process. Through the analysis of the operation of Xingtai Delong and other sister projects, the problem of preventing lime caking in the ash hopper by circulating fluidized bed is studied to provide some ideas for the related work of circulating fluidized bed desulfurization process.
