摘 要:随着我国社会经济和工程技术的高速发展,盾构技术日趋成熟,开始在复杂地质的工程中广泛应用。作为盾构技术核心载体的盾构机,是一种大型的现代化工程机械设备,充分融合了机、电、液、信息及传感等各类技术,成为地下建筑领域最受青睐的工程机械。但盾构机也会发生某些故障,影响整个工程的顺利进行。由于盾构机的事故产生的原因多与盾构机的组装与调试过程的漏洞有关,因此,控制盾构机组装、调试环节的安全要点是至关重要的。以海南昌江核电站工程为例,进行盾构机组装、调试过程中安全控制要点分析,通过严格控制操作要点,确保盾构机在施工过程中安全运行。With the rapid development of China’s socio-economic and engineering technologies, shield technology has become more and more mature and started to be widely used in projects with complex geology. As the core carrier of shield technology, shield machine is a large modern engineering machinery and equipment, which fully integrates various technologies such as machine, electricity, liquid,information and sensing, etc., and becomes the most popular construction machinery in the field of underground construction. However,certain malfunctions of shield machines can occur and affect the smooth progress of the whole project. Since most of the causes of shield machine accidents are related to the loopholes in the assembly and commissioning process of shield machines, it is crucial to control the safety points in the assembly and commissioning of shield machine sets. Taking Hainan Changjiang nuclear power plant project as an example, the analysis of safety control points in the process of shield machine assembly and commissioning is carried out.
