摘　　要：“心体阴用阳”理论与“热毒”学说是中医学上较为经典的理论学说。根据糖尿病心肌病的疾病特点及诊疗需要,将两种理论进行衔接,基于“心体阴用阳”理论运用“热毒”学说治疗糖尿病心肌病是传承创新的重要一环。从中医学文献资料出发,简要介绍“心体阴用阳”理论、“热毒”学说的内涵及应用。基于糖尿病心肌病中西医发病特点,糅合“心体阴用阳”理论、“热毒”学说,介绍糖尿病心肌病的病机。参考序贯治疗的理念,根据糖尿病心肌病热毒致病的过程,确立分期辨证的思想,指导临床方药的应用。在传承中创新,建立糖尿病心肌病的临床诊疗指导框架,为糖尿病疾病诊疗提供了新思路。The theory of "the heart being substantial yin and functional yang" and the theory of "heat-toxicity" are both classical theories in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). According to the characteristics of diabetic cardiomyopathy and the needs of its diagnosis and treatment, it is an important part of inheritance and innovation to integrate the two theories and treat diabetic cardiomyopathy with the theory of "heat-toxicity" based on the theory of "the heart being substantial yin and functional yang".Based on the literature of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper briefl y introduces the connotations and applications of the two theories. Based on the characteristics of diabetic cardiomyopathy in traditional Chinese and western medicine, this paper introduces its pathogenesis by combining the two theories. By drawing on the concept of sequential treatment and the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy, the idea of syndrome dif ferentiation by stages is established to guide the application of clinical prescriptions.Making innovations on the basis of inheritance, it is expected to establish a guidance framework for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic diseases.
