摘 要:目的 比较中医药联合抗流感药物玛巴洛沙韦与奥司他韦的临床疗效。方法 回顾性收集流感病例155例,根据使用抗流感药物的不同分为玛巴洛沙韦组和奥司他韦组,2组均根据中医证型给予相应的中成药或中药流感协定方联合治疗,比较2组退热时间、退热前服用退热药的次数以及临床疗效。结果 中医药联合玛巴洛沙韦组退热中位时间(16.5 h)少于奥司他韦组(24.0 h),总有效率(98.7%,77/78)高于奥司他韦组(93.5%,72/77)(P <0.05)。结论 抗流感药物玛巴洛沙韦较奥司他韦治疗甲型流感退热效果更快,疗效更优;中医药联合抗流感病毒西药可能发挥多靶点的协同作用,有待进一步的大样本研究证实。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the new anti-influenza drugs marbaloxavir and oseltamivir. Methods A total of 155 influenza cases in the fever clinic of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May to July 2022 were retrospectively collected and divided into the marbaloxavir group and oseltamivir group according to the use of anti-infl uenza drugs. Meanwhile, they were given a combined treatment with corresponding Chinese patent medicines or TCM cipher prescriptions according to their specifi c syndrome types. The median time before fever reduction,the times of taking antipyretic drugs and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The median antipyretic time(16.5h) in the marbaloxavir group combined with TCM was significantly shorter than that in the oseltamivir group(24h), and the total effective rate(98.7%) was significantly higher than that in the oseltamivir group(93.5%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with oseltamivir, the new anti-influenza drug marbaloxavir has a faster and better antipyretic effect in the treatment of influenza A. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western drugs against influenza virus may play a multi-target synergistic role, which needs to be further confirmed by large sample studies.
