身痛逐瘀汤治疗骨关节病变的研究进展

摘　　要：身痛逐瘀汤是治疗骨科疾病的首选方剂,常应用于类风湿性关节炎、膝关节骨性关节炎、腰椎间盘突出症、骨转移疼痛等疾病中。现代药理学分析其治疗效果显著与方中有效成分秦艽、川芎、当归、牛膝等药物的镇痛、抗炎及抗氧化作用相关。网络药理学研究发现身痛逐瘀汤具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的疗效特点,可以应对骨关节疾病发病的复杂机制,具有深入研究的价值。本文通过查阅和分析近十年相关文献,从分子层面的实验研究和多手段协同应用的临床研究出发,分析身痛逐瘀汤的作用机制和临床疗效,以期为身痛逐瘀汤治疗骨关节疾病提供理论基础和依据,为其他疾病的治疗提供新的方向和思路。Shentong Zhuyu Decoction, often used in rheumatoid arthritis, knee osteoarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, bone metastasis pain and other diseases, is a preferred formula for the treatment of orthopedic diseases. Modern pharmacological analyses show that its significant therapeutic effect is related to the analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of the active ingredients in the formula, such as largeleaf gentian roots, Sichuan lovage rhizomes, Chinese angelica and twotoothed achyranthes roots, etc.Network pharmacological studies have found that Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has the efficacy characteristics of multi-components,multi-targets and multi-pathways, which can be used to deal with the complex pathogeneses of bone and joint diseases and has the value of further studies. Through consulting and analyzing the relevant literature in the past ten years, this paper analyzes the mechanisms and clinical effects of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction from the experimental research at the molecular level and the clinical research of multi-means collaborative application, with a view to providing a theoretical foundation and evidence for the treatment of bone and joint diseases with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction, and providing new directions and ideas for the treatment of other diseases.
