摘  要:沥青路面是我国主要的路面结构形式,随着公路建设的快速发展,我国公路已步入建养并重的阶段,很多沥青路面开始进入养护大中修阶段。如何利用沥青路面废旧材料实现材料的循环利用是科学养护、绿色养护的重点。泡沫沥青再生技术具有常温、环保、利用率高等特点,在沥青路面再生技术中成为重要的技术手段。文章针对泡沫沥青影响因素多、泡沫沥青混合料性能变异性大等问题,结合乌海市某沥青路面大修工程,通过开展室内试验,确定泡沫沥青的发泡温度和含水量,验证泡沫沥青再生混合料的可行性。通过试验可知:随着温度的升高,泡沫沥青的膨胀率和半衰期均会增长;随着含水率的升高,半衰期会减小而膨胀率会增高;通过试验确定,泡沫沥青的最佳发泡温度为165℃,最佳含水量为2.5%;基于对泡沫沥青再生混合料性能进行干劈裂强度、湿劈裂强度和劈裂强度比试验,确定泡沫沥青再生混合料的配合比,并通过车辙试验对配合比进行验证,确定最终的泡沫沥青用量为2.2%,含水率为5.4%,水泥用量为1.5%。Asphalt pavement is the main pavement structure form in China.With the rapid development of highway construction,China’s highways have entered the stage of paying equal attention to construction and maintenance,and many asphalt pavements have begun to enter the stage of large and medium-sized maintenance.How to use waste asphalt pavement materials to realize the recycling of materials is the focus of scientific and green maintenance.The foam asphalt recycling technology has the characteristics of normal temperature,environmental protection and high utilization rate,and has become an important means of health preservation in asphalt pavement recycling technology.In view of the problems such as many influencing factors of foam asphalt and great variability of foam asphalt mixture,combined with an asphalt pavement overhaul project in Wuhai City,indoor tests were carried out to determine the foaming temperature and water content of foam asphalt and verify the feasibility of foam asphalt recycled mixture.The experiment shows that the expansion rate and half-life of foam asphalt will increase with the increase of temperature.With the increase of water content,the half-life will decrease and the expansion rate will increase.The best foaming temperature of foam asphalt is 165℃,and the best moisture content is 2.5%.Based on the dry splitting strength,wet splitting strength and splitting strength ratio tests on the performance of foam asphalt recycled mixture,the mix proportion of foam asphalt recycled mixture is determined,and the mix proportion is verified through rutting test.The final foam asphalt consumption is 2.2%,water consumption is 5.4%,and cement consumption is 1.5%.
