炙甘草汤联合针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛阴虚风动证46例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察炙甘草汤联合针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛阴虚风动证的临床疗效。方法 将92例原发性面肌痉挛阴虚风动证患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各46例。2组均给予西医常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用针灸治疗,治疗组采用炙甘草汤联合针灸治疗,治疗2个月后比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应总发生率。结果 治疗组总有效率为91.30%(42/46),对照组为73.91%(34/46),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应总发生率为6.52%(3/46),对照组为13.04%(6/46),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 炙甘草汤联合针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛阴虚风动证疗效确切,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveeTo observe the clinical effect of Zhigancao Tang(炙甘草汤)combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on primary hemifacial spasm with yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome.Methods 92 patients with primary hemifacial spasm with yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the treatment group was treated with Zhigancao Tang combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsTThe total effective rate was 91.30%(42/46)in the treatment group and 73.91%(34/46)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.52%(3/46)in the treatment group and 13.04%(6/46)in the control group.There was no significant dfference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It's effective and safe to use Zhigancao Tang combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm of yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
