摘  要:以石灰乳作为中和剂回收含磷废水中水溶性P2O5,制备饲料级磷酸氢钙,考察中和剂加料方式、反应温度、反应时间、中和终点pH对饲料级磷酸氢钙产品质量的影响。结果表明:较佳的制备条件为中和剂以石灰乳形式加入、中和终点pH控制在5.0~6.0、反应时间60~90 min、反应温度40~50℃,可以获得满足GB22549—2017指标要求的产品。制备饲料级磷酸氢钙后的滤液用石灰乳将pH调节到12左右,其总磷和氟含量可达到排放标准。The feed grade DCP is prepared from wastewater containing phosphorus with lime milk as neutralizer to recover water-soluble P2O5.The effects of neutralizer feeding mode,reaction temperature,reaction time and pH of neutralization end point on the quality of feed grade DCP are investigated.The results show that the optimal preparation conditions are as follows:Neutralizer is added in the form of lime milk,the end point pH is 5.0-6.0,reaction time is 60-90 min,reaction temperature is 40-50℃.The product can meet the requirements of GB22549—2017.After the preparation of feed grade DCP,the pH of filtrate is adjusted to about 12 with lime milk,and its total phosphorus and fluorine content can meet the emission standard.
