摘  要:为消除湿法磷酸生产中硫酸与磷矿浆反应产生泡沫带来的不利影响,对萃取槽硫酸加入点进行技术改造。对萃取槽的硫酸添加量进行再分配,将萃取槽硫酸添加总量的60%~70%分配到低位闪蒸冷却器循环泵出口添加,通过循环泵的机械力或压力、温度变化及大流量操作,使液膜表面张力降低,泡沫破裂。改造后,达到去除泡沫的目的,萃取槽的有效容积增大,硫酸与磷矿浆反应更加充分,硫酸钙结晶及萃取槽顶部腐蚀得到改善。In order to eliminate the adverse effect of foam produced by the reaction of sulfuric acid and phosphate rock in WPA production,the sulfuric acid addition point of the extraction tank is transformed.The amount of sulfuric acid added in the extraction tank is redistributed,60%-70%of the total amount of sulfuric acid added in the extraction tank is allocated to the outlet of the low flash circulating pump for adding.The surface tension of liquid film is decreased through the mechanical force,pressure and temperature change,and the large flow operation of the circulating pump,and the foam burst.After transformation,the purpose of removing the foam is achieved,the effective volume of the extraction tank is improved,the reaction between sulfuric acid and phosphate slurry is more fully,the crystallization of calcium sulfate and the corrosion on the top of the extraction tank are improved.
