摘　　要：分析原料磷石膏中杂质、游离水及可溶性钠盐钾盐等对建筑石膏粉制品质量的影响。针对原磷石膏陈化工艺及带式过滤机水洗加工工艺存在的问题,瓮福紫金化工股份有限公司通过采用立式过滤机水洗工艺并对洗水进行优化,有效降低建筑石膏粉原料水洗石膏的杂质,大幅度提升建筑石膏粉制品的品质。The effects of impurity,free water,soluble sodium and potassium salt in phosphogypsum on the quality of building gypsum powder products made from phosphogypsum are analyzed.In view of the existing problems in the aging process and water washing process with belt filter of original phosphogypsum,Wengfu Zijin Chemical Co.,Ltd.has effectively reduced the impurities in the washed gypsum and greatly improved the quality of building gypsum powder products by adopting the new water washing process with vertical filter and optimizing the washing water.
