摘  要:介绍现有二水法磷酸装置反应及真空冷却系统原理及工艺流程。为解决料浆返回反应槽第一区流通管线的结垢问题,通过核算料浆循环系统配置,探讨循环泵安装位置调换的可行性。循环泵安装在低位闪冷器出口管线更容易维持其空腔负压,更有利于闪蒸,同时降低循环泵和系统真空泵的功耗,达到节能目的。The principle and process flow of reaction and vacuum cooling system in existing dihydrate-process phosphoric acid plant are introduced.In order to solve the scaling problem of circulation pipeline in the first area of slurry return reaction tank,the configuration of slurry circulation system is calculated,and the feasibility of changing the installation position of circulating pump is discussed.The circulating pump installed in the outlet line of the low position flash cooler is easier to maintain the negative pressure of the cavity,more conducive to flash,and can reduce the power consumption of the circulating pump and the system vacuum pump,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
