摘 要:为了满足脱硫吸收塔底板与基础之间需要进行严密性试验以及漏液检测的要求,对传统脱硫吸收塔基础进行优化设计。通过在脱硫吸收塔基础支座型钢上开孔和基础中预埋泄漏管,将从底板中泄漏的液体引流到基础边缘,实现早发现隐患、早处理问题,为后续烟气脱硫改造项目吸收塔基础的设计提供一种新的选择。In order to meet the requirement about the tightness between the bottom plate and foundation of desulfurization absorption tower and the demand of the leakage detection,traditional desulfurization absorption tower foundation design is optimized.By embedding the leaking pipes in the edge of the desulfurization foundation and tapping on the profile steels which are also embedded in the foundation first,the liquid leak from the bottom plate is drained to the edge of the foundation,realizing early detection and treatment.This method provides a more choice for the new flue gas desulfurization renovation project.
