摘 要:本文首先阐述了电动汽车自动泊车过程中ESP的工作原理以及噪声产生的机理,ESP的工作噪声大致可分为三部分,分别是电磁阀噪声、液压泵噪声及管路压力脉动噪声。然后本文针对某款具有全自动泊车功能的纯电动汽车,利用OTPA的方法分析了ESP工作过程中各结构路径对车内噪声的贡献量,并通过试验验证了OTPA分析方法的有效性。最终针对分析出的主要路径进行优化方案验证,为电动汽车自动泊车过程中的噪声优化提供了依据。This paper describes the working principle of ESP in pure electric vehicle automatic parking and the mechanism of noise generation. The working noise of ESP can be roughly divided into three parts, namely solenoid valve noise, hydraulic pump noise and pipeline pressure pulsation noise. For an electric vehicle with full-automatic parking function, the OTPA method was used to analyze the contribution of each structural path to the interior noise during the ESP process, and the effectiveness of the OTPA analysis method was verified through experiments. Finally, the optimization plan is verified for the main path analyzed, which provides a basis for the optimization of automatic parking noise of electric vehicles.
