摘  要:以2-巯基苯并唑类化合物为原料,与苯甲酰氯通过亲核取代反应合成了含苯并杂环骨架的硫酯类化合物,研究了它们的光学性质及其作为紫外线吸收剂在紫外光固化涂料中的应用。实验结果表明:该类化合物能够有效吸收270 nm~330 nm的紫外光,与低聚物、活性稀释单体有较好的相容性,而且该类化合物作为紫外光吸收剂不参与、不干扰自由基体系在固化过程中的交联固化,涂料及固化涂层的光稳定性得到了提升,紫外光固化涂料得以很好的制备和存储。The thioester compounds containing benzoheterocyclic skeleton was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction using 2-mercaptobenzoxazole compounds as raw materials,with benzoyl chloride.Their optical properties and applications as ultraviolet absorbers in UV curable coatings were studied.The experimental results show that this type of compound can effectively absorb ultraviolet light at 270-330 nm.They have good compatibility with oligomers and active diluent monomers.Moreover,as ultraviolet light absorbent,this kind of compound does not participate in or interfere with the crosslinking curing of free radical system in the curing process,improving the photostability of coating and curing coating thus the UV-curable coatings can be well prepared and stored.
