角倍蚜与盐肤木转录组比较及潜在的水平基因转移  被引量:2

摘  要:本研究采用高通量测序技术Illumina平台测定角倍蚜与其唯一第一寄主植物盐肤木转录组序列,共获得角倍蚜Unigenes 25077条,盐肤木Unigenes 40003条,与NR、GO和KEGG等数据库进行比对注释角倍蚜和盐肤木转录组基因信息。结果显示,角倍蚜和盐肤木功能注释基因均包括3大类,分别有51和49个功能亚类,其中,细胞组分Unigenes数最多;角倍蚜43个代谢途径分支中Unigenes集中在信号转导通路、翻译过程和内分泌系统,盐肤木20个代谢途径分支中Unigenes集中在翻译过程通路、碳水化合物代谢和内质网蛋白加工通路;角倍蚜和盐肤木转录因子家族均有20个,其中角倍蚜的锌指结构转录因子家族最多,主要参与环境适应、发育、代谢和免疫调节等活动,盐肤木的MYB超家族转录因子家族最多,参与植物的发育和各种胁迫条件适应;比较角倍蚜与盐肤木转录组序列,发现二者之间存在相似性较高的序列,BLAST搜索和同源序列分析认为可能是通过基因转移的方式获得,蚜虫和寄主植物间存在潜在的水平基因转移事件。The transcriptomes of the Rhus gall aphid Schlechtendalia chinensis and its unique primary host-plant Rhus chinensis were sequenced using the high-throughput sequencing technology on Illumina platform.We have totally assembled 25077 and 40003Unigenes for S.chinensis and R.chinensis,respectively.The Unigenes were annotated by comparing with the databases,i.e.,NR,GO and KEGG.The results showed that the functional genes of both S.chinensis and R.chinensis included three major categories,which were respectively subdivided into 51 and 49 functional subclasses,and main of these genes encode cellular components in both species.Unigenes forty-three metabolic pathway branches of S.chinensis were mainly involved in the signal transduction pathway,translation and endocrine system pathway,while the unigenes in 20 metabolic pathway branches of Rhus chinensis were mainly involved in the translation pathway,the carbohydrate metabolism and the protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum pathway.There were 20 transcription factor families being identified in both S.chinensis and R.chinensis,respectively.The Zinc finger transcription factor family was main one in S.chinensis and were supposed to participate in environmental adaptation,development,metabolism,and immune regulation,while MYB superfamily was the the largest transcription factor family in R.chinensis,and was supposed to function in plant development and adaptation to various environmental stresses.Comparing the transcriptomes of the partners S.chinensis and R.chinensis,we found some high similarity sequences between each other.By BLAST in NCBI and homologous analysis,we supposed that these sequences might be obtained by gene horizontal transfer,suggesting the potential horizontal gene transfer events between the aphids and their host plants.
