摘　　要：该文设计一种自动更换工业缝纫机的底线梭芯机构,设备台板上设有固定于缝纫机台板上的安装底板,所述安装底板上固定有水平方向移动的电缸以及垂直方向的多梭芯换型模具机构。该设计新型解决了人工频繁更换缝纫机底线梭芯的难题,大大提高了生产的效率,避免了人工更换缝纫机底线梭芯带来的低效率以及人员因为疲劳造成的更换梭芯故障,同时实现了多个梭芯的自动供料,大大提高了生产的效率。This paper designs a bobbin bobbin mechanism for automatic replacement of industrial sewing machine.The equipment table is equipped with a mounting base plate fixed on the sewing machine table.The mounting base plate is fixed with an electric cylinder moving in the horizontal direction and a multi bobbin change mold mechanism in the vertical direction.This new design solves the problem of frequent manual replacement of bobbin bobbin bobbin of sewing machine and greatly improves the production efficiency,It avoids the low efficiency caused by manual replacement of the bobbin core of the lower thread of the sewing machine and the failure of replacing the bobbin core caused by personnel fatigue.At the same time,it realizes the automatic feeding of multiple bobbin cores,which greatly improves the production efficiency.
