摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,社会对技能型人才的需求越来越大。在此背景下,国家高度重视职业教育的发展,通过一系列鼓励和优惠政策推动职业教育改革。新能源汽车技术专业是职业教育的特色专业之一,也是新能源汽车行业输送技术人才的重要途径。推动新能源汽车技术专业人才培养模式改革与创新能够为持续为汽车制造也提供更多高素养的优质人才。With the continuous development of society,the demand for skilled talents is increasing.In this context,the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education,and promotes vocational education reform through a series of incentives and preferential policies.The new energy vehicle technology major is one of the characteristic majors of vocational education,and it is also an important way to transport technical talents in the new energy vehicle industry.Promoting the reform and innovation of the training mode of new energy vehicle technology professionals can continue to provide more high-quality and high-quality talents for automobile manufacturing.
