摘 要:现今汽车主要分为前轮驱动车与后轮驱动车两种。前轮驱动车车前桥为转向驱动桥,而后轮驱动车车前桥为转向桥,车后桥为驱动桥,中间用传动轮连接。其最主流的又细分为与发动机位置有关的前置前驱与中置后驱两种。汽车最为重要的是雨天过减速带时稳定性问题,其决定了车的安全性问题。该文结合机械工程原理通过Simscape模拟仿真小车在雨天路滑的情况下,前轮驱动与后轮驱动车的稳定性表现。并且设计缓震装置与参数优化小车稳定性表现。模型中得出中置后驱小车稳定性强于前置前驱小车,设计的建议缓震装置可以将颠簸幅度与受力控制在千分之一以内,可以达到优化小车稳定性问题。Today's cars are mainly divided into front-wheel drive car and rear-wheel drive car two kinds.The front axle of the front wheel drive vehicle is the steering and driving axle,and the front axle of the rear wheel drive vehicle is the steering axle,and the rear axle is the driving axle,and they are connected in the middle by transmission part.Its most mainstream and subdivided with the engine position related to the front-engine drive and the middle-engine drive.The most important thing for a car is the stability of the speed bump in rainy days,which determines the safety of the car.In this paper,the stability performance of front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive vehicle is simulated by Simscape with the principle of mechanical engineering under the condition of slippery road in rainy days.And determine the damping device and parameters to optimize the stability performance of the car.The model shows that the stability of the mid-engine drive car is stronger than that of the front engine car.The proposed cushioning device can control the amplitude and force of the jolt within 1/1000,which can optimize the stabilityof the car.
