摘 要:目的应用磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)定量分析健康成人胫神经及腓总神经各向异性分数(FA),为临床研究胫神经及腓总神经病变提供基线数据。方法对63名健康成人行膝关节DTI,测量髌骨上缘水平胫神经及腓总神经的FA,并进行统计学分析。结果健康成人髌骨上缘水平测量胫神经及腓总神经FA值分别为0.562±0.119,0.577±0.123。两神经FA值在不同年龄组、正常体重组与超重及肥胖组差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。胫神经、腓总神经FA值与年龄、体重及体质指数(BMI)存在负相关性(P均<0.05),与身高无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论3.0 T MR DTI可测量髌骨上缘水平胫神经、腓总神经FA值,年龄及BMI与胫及腓总神经FA值具有相关性。Objective To quantitatively analyze the anisotropic fraction of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in healthy volunteers by magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging.To provide baseline data for clinical study of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve diseases.Methods Diffusion tensor imaging of the knee joint was performed in 63 healthy adults.The fractional anisotropy of the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve at the level of upper edge of patella were measured and statistically analyzed.Results The FA values of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve were 0.562±0.119,0.577±0.123 respectively.The FA values of the two nerves were significantly different in different age groups,normal weight groups and overweight and obesity groups(P<0.05).The FA values of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve were negatively correlated with age,weight and BMI(P<0.05),but not with height(P>0.05).Conclusion 3.0 T MR diffusion tensor imaging can measure the FA values of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve at the level of upper edge of patella.Age and BMI were correlated with FA values of tibial and common peroneal nerves.
