摘　　要：本文主要讨论循证采购模式(以下简称EBA)在高校图书馆外文电子图书采访工作中的应用策略。首先简要介绍EBA的定义、概况和国内外发展现状,根据SWOT模型分析其优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从而提出EBA模式的适用条件和应用策略,最后结合上海交通大学图书馆的实际案例,对应用策略进行验证和总结。This article mainly discusses the application strategy of the evidence-based acquisition(EBA)model in the foreign e-book acquisition in university libraries.Firstly,it introduces the definition,overview and development status of EBA at home and abroad.It then analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the EBA model via SWOT analysis to propose the application strategy of the EBA model.It demonstrates the practices of Shanghai Jiao Tong University library in the regard in the end.
