关于民国时期中国国家书目编制的思考

摘　　要：文章探讨了民国时期中国国家书目的收录范围、数据来源、建设方式等,强调国家书目是“一个国家所有出版物权威和全面的记录”,应遵循“领土—语言”原则建设,宜采用数据库和印刷版并行的模式,其建设是一个长期、持续的过程。The article explores the scope, data sources, and distribution methods of China’s national bibliography during the Republic of China period. It is emphasized that national bibliography is “an authoritative and comprehensive record of all publications in a country” and that it should be constructed in accordance with the principle of “territory-language”. It is recommended to adopt a parallel model of database and printed edition. It is a long-term and continuous process.
