大学生家庭功能与心理异常的关系:孤独感和性取向的作用

摘　　要：为了探究大学生家庭功能对心理异常的影响,并检验孤独感对心理异常的中介作用和性取向的调节作用,2021年3月至9月,在上海市高校采取分层随机抽样方法选取1287名大学生进行匿名问卷调查,采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ)调查家庭功能,UCLA孤独感量表调查孤独感,心理健康筛查CORE量表调查心理异常情况。发现家庭功能能够负向预测孤独感(β=-0.27,T=-16.75,p<0.001)和心理异常(β=-0.12,T=-4.55,p<0.001),孤独感能够正向预测心理异常(β=1.12,T=25.27,p<0.001),孤独感在家庭功能和心理异常之间起部分中介作用(β=0.04,95%CI=[0.002,0.08]),家庭功能与性取向交互项对孤独感具有显著预测作用。大学生家庭功能是心理异常的重要预测因素,同时应关注孤独感和性取向的作用,采取一定措施促进大学生心理健康,减少心理异常情况的出现。To explore the effect of family function on mental disorders of college students, and to examine the mediating effect of loneliness on mental disorders and the moderating effect of sexual orientation, from March to September 2021, 1287 college students in Shanghai were selected by stratified random sampling method to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey. Family adaptability and cohesion Evaluation Scales(FACES Ⅱ) were used to investigate family function, UCLA loneliness Scale was used to investigate loneliness, and Chinese version of the clinical outcomes in routine evaluation-outcome measure(CORE-OM) was used to investigate mental disorders. Family function negatively predicted loneliness(β=-0.27, T=-16.75, P<0.001) and mental disorders(β=-0.12, T=-4.55, P <0.001). Loneliness positively predicted mental disorders(β=1.12, T=25.27, P<0.001). The interaction between family function and sexual orientation predicted loneliness significantly(β=0.04, 95%CI=[0.002,0.08]). Family function is an important predictor of mental disorders in college students, and the role of loneliness and sexual orientation should be paid more attention. Some measures should be taken to promote the mental health of college students and reduce the occurrence of mental disorders.
